What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: your name, email, optional phone number, dates, party size and message.
- Booking details where you complete a booking through this site: the traveller names, contact email and the booking record.
- Account details if you create one: your email and profile information.
- Measurement data, only after you accept analytics cookies.
Who receives it
- Enquiries are sent to the property you enquired about, so it can reply to you.
- Bookings made online are shared with the accommodation supplier and the property in order to make the reservation.
- Payment details are handled by the payment provider. Card numbers never reach our systems.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to two years, so that owners can refer back to them.
- Bookings: kept for the period required for accounting and dispute resolution.
- Incomplete checkouts: personal details are purged within 30 days.
Your rights and contact
You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond.
